The name means something.
BRiK is brick-and-mortar. Physical businesses. Front doors. The kind of business where a regular still matters, where word of mouth is still the most powerful marketing tool in existence, and where a bad review on a Tuesday night actually hurts.
Labs is the other half. The data science. The enterprise methodology. The rigorous, analytical, measurable thinking that most local businesses never get access to — because it’s been locked behind Fortune 500 budgets and agency retainers that don’t make sense at their scale.
Put them together and you have the whole mission in four letters. We founded BRiK Labs in 2026 — the year is encoded in binary in our logo, if you look closely — because we’d spent 25 years on the inside of that gap. Watching enterprise organizations generate extraordinary results using strategies that local businesses couldn’t access.
